PURELY LAY, a residential cleaning service operated by The Coaching Collective, LLC, values your trust and respects your privacy. This Photo & Marketing Consent Policy explains how photographs and videos may be captured and used before, during, or after the completion of our cleaning services.
Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Your home is your personal space, and we understand the importance of protecting your privacy.
We will never intentionally photograph or share personal information, sensitive belongings, or identifying details without your knowledge or consent.
Our goal is to showcase the quality of our work—not the private lives of our clients.
What We May Photograph
With your permission, PURELY LAY may photograph or record:
- Before-and-after cleaning results
- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Living rooms
- Bedrooms
- Floors
- Windows
- Appliances
- Cabinets
- Fixtures
- General cleaned spaces
Photographs are taken solely to demonstrate the quality of our services.
What We Will Never Intentionally Photograph
To protect your privacy, we make every reasonable effort to avoid photographing:
- Family photographs
- Children
- Financial documents
- Prescription medications
- Computer screens
- Personal paperwork
- Security systems
- Alarm codes
- Keys
- Valuable collections
- Firearms
- Sensitive personal belongings
- Any information that could identify your address or identity
If any such items are accidentally captured, they will be edited, blurred, cropped, or deleted before any public use.
Marketing Use
Photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
- PURELY LAY website
- Social media platforms
- Digital advertising
- Printed marketing materials
- Brochures
- Portfolios
- Presentations
- Promotional videos
Images are used solely to demonstrate the quality and professionalism of our cleaning services.
Customer Consent
Photographs will only be used when the customer has provided permission.
Customers may choose one of the following options when booking:
☐ I authorize PURELY LAY to photograph cleaned areas for marketing purposes.
☐ I do not authorize PURELY LAY to use photographs of my home.
Declining permission will never affect the quality of service you receive.
Revoking Consent
If you previously granted permission but later change your mind, you may contact us at any time.
Upon receiving your request, PURELY LAY will make reasonable efforts to remove future use of your photographs from our active marketing materials. Please note that materials already printed, published, or distributed before your request may not be retrievable.
Ownership of Images
All photographs and videos created by PURELY LAY remain the property of The Coaching Collective, LLC, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Permission to use photographs does not transfer ownership or copyright to the customer.
Editing & Presentation
PURELY LAY may adjust photographs for marketing purposes, including:
- Cropping
- Brightness adjustments
- Color correction
- Background blurring
- Removal of identifying information
We will never alter photographs in a misleading way that misrepresents the quality of our work.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is one of our highest priorities.
We will never intentionally disclose:
- Your full name
- Home address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Security information
- Personal schedules
- Alarm codes
- Lockbox information
without your express written permission or as required by law.
